The ideal candidate should have an accounting diploma, experience with Syspro, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong problem-solving, communication, and attention to detail skills are essential. This is a full-time role within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

  • 1 years experience working with Syspro.
  • 3 years experience working with Microsoft Excel.
  • 2-4 years experience with project finance and record keeping.

Responsibilities

  • Load new client project budgets and internal subcontracts onto Syspro.
  • Generate weekly/monthly Corporate Contribution schedules.
  • Raise client applications for payment.
  • Manage project costs.
  • Report project progress in weekly meetings.
  • Reconcile project profit and loss reports, generate closeout packs.

Position Overview :

The purpose of the Project Financial Controller is to maintain manage and control the projects financial health. To ensure project profitability for all projects across all companies. Fully responsible for the financial administration and management of the project costing and customer billing process. Fully responsible for the administration of project close-outs.

Qualifications & Experience :
  • Senior Certificate / Grade 12
  • Accounting Diploma
  • 1 Years experience working with Syspro
  • 3 Years experience working with Microsoft Excel
  • 2 -4 Yearsexperience with project finance and maintenance of accurate record keeping systems.
Responsibilities will include :
  • Load up new clients projects budgets and internal subcontracts onto Syspro.
  • Generate weekly / monthly Corporate Contribution schedules.

  • Project cost management.
  • Project reporting in weekly project meetings.
