Project Engineer: Mine Closure & Rehabilitation (3‑Fixed Term Contract) – Mintek

Introduction: Mintek has an exciting career opportunity for a Project Engineer in Mine Closure & Rehabilitation who will also assist in scoping the projects, investigating new sites and preparing internal cost estimates and detailed designs.

The primary purpose of this job is to implement, monitor and supervise Derelict & Ownerless mines projects on site, preparing monthly project reports, updating on project programme and procedures.

Preparing designs and specifications as well as conducting site inspections to ensure that project quality objectives are attained and that operations are undertaken according to standard specifications, statutory requirements, designs and in a safe manner.
