Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multi‑disciplinary teams across sales, planning, production, suppliers, and customers as the main point of contact from Handover (Initiation) to Project Closure, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Establish, maintain, and actively manage a RADIO Log (Risks, Assumptions, Dependencies, Issues & Opportunities), clearing defining, tracking and closing project risks and issues.
  • Ensure contract compliance, manage variations and claims, project commercial positions by identifying contractual risks and opportunities early.
  • Proactively identify cost overruns, implement corrective actions, and provide accurate commercial reporting to management.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications
  • Engineering Degree - BSc Eng (Mechanical or Industrial), BEng Mechanical/Industrial or BTech Mechanical.
  • Project Management Certificate, PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certification is an advantage.
  • Must demonstrate strong knowledge of SAP with basic knowledge of Project Systems module, Microsoft Project, Jira and/or Primavera.
  • Proven experience of managing projects in a multidisciplinary and complex engineering environment.
