Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project/ site engineering within construction.
• Foundational understanding of building construction processes and principles.
• Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects.
• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of information and materials.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals.
• Manage project documentation, including daily reports, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Monitor site progress and assist in identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Support implementation of health, safety, and environmental plans on site.
• Assist in managing project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and compliance.
• Facilitate communication between site teams, management, and external stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
