Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordination and supervision of the design, procurement, and construction stages of projects, ensuring adherence to industry norms and regulations.
  • Management of project budgets, expense tracking, and regular progress reporting to stakeholders.
  • Site visits to oversee construction progress, address any concerns, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
  • Facilitation of effective communication and resolution of project-related issues by acting as a liaison between internal teams, external contractors, and Department Heads.
  • Leadership of project meetings, provision of technical guidance to team members, and facilitation of problem‑solving sessions as required.
  • Post‑project evaluations to learn lessons, identify areas for enhancement, and implement best practices for future projects.
