We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, Operational Excellence, to lead continuous improvement initiatives across our global operations. This role focuses on evaluating business processes, identifying gaps, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects from planning to execution, while driving measurable results and fostering a culture of accountability and improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct current-state assessments of business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and execute project plans to address gaps and drive measurable operational improvements.
  • Manage multiple process improvement initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead project tracking, action item management, deliverables, team communication, and progress reporting.
  • Partner with leadership teams to identify, prioritize, and implement process enhancements using data-driven insights.
  • Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization — both verbally and in writing.
  • Address ad hoc operational challenges with urgency, ensuring positive business and customer outcomes.
  • Act as a liaison between Customer Experience and Product teams, identifying key opportunities for improvement and supporting change management during new rollouts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in project management, operations, or process improvement.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-centric and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Skilled in developing relationships across teams and driving change through collaboration.
  • Excellent time management skills with experience working under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans.
  • Proficient in using and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data for decision-making.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
