Our Client in the Construction Support industry is seeking a meticulous and proactive Project Coordinator to support a dynamic portfolio of construction-related projects. This role is ideal for a detail-driven professional with strong financial administration skills and a collaborative mindset. This position is based in Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and submit project invoices with precision and timeliness (5-day turnaround).
  • Maintain up-to-date records and documentation across platforms.
  • Implement and refine filing and invoicing procedures to ensure completeness and compliance.
  • Liaise independently with contractors consultants and internal stakeholders.
  • Support project leaders with invoice tracking submission and audit-related queries.
  • Ensure zero rejection rate on invoice submissions and contribute to monthly cashflow targets.
  • Accurate complete and compliant invoice submissions.
  • Timely escalation of project-related issues.
  • Operational decision-making within scope of responsibility.
Requirements
