This role involves creating and managing project documentation, compiling safety files, and supporting logistics for installation teams. To support our continued growth, CFAM has a position available for highly organised Project Administrator / PMO Administrator to support our Projects Department.

Job Description
  • Create, manage, and standardise project documentation from start to close-out;
  • Compile and maintain Project Safety Files and client technical manuals (O&M manuals);
  • Manage document control, versioning, and project folder structures;
  • Take accurate meeting minutes and track actions;
  • Support shipment documentation (packing lists, delivery notes, invoices, export docs);
  • Coordinate travel and site logistics for installation and commissioning teams;
  • Compile complete project close-out and handover documentation packs; and
  • Support the PMO Manager and contribute to continuous improvement of project processes.
Qualifications
  • Project Management Qualification an added advantage
  • Proven experience in project administration, PMO support, or document control;
  • Background in engineering, manufacturing, construction, or industrial projects preferred;

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle technical terminology and documentation
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
