  • Planning and updating of various tasks on multiple systems.
  • Attend monthly progress meetings with the client and the team.
  • Keep minutes of meetings up to date.
  • Provide support to the IIT team.
  • Resource planning.
  • Auditing of documentation and deliverables to the client.
  • Office administration.

To assist with project management duties by overseeing and performing administrative functions concerned with a project.

Qualifications/Experience:
  • Diploma in Administrative Management
  • 2-3 years’ experience in project planning
  • Experience in MS products and SharePoint administration
  • Stock control
  • Computer literacy
  • Basic knowledge of server, workstation, networking, and software will be an advantage
Other Requirements
  • Driving licence and own transport
