Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Administrator located in Johannesburg.

The Project Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily sales and delivery of the business.

Responsibilities

Daily tasks include scheduling meetings, communication with vendors and clients, maintaining order information, tracking order timelines and deliveries, assisting clients with order queries, maintaining proper documentation of any client feedback, coordinating with third parties, and ensuring that the flower order deadlines are met on time.
