• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Programme Manager delivering large-scale change.
• Experience delivering Information Security and/or Cyber Security programmes with current standards.

• Governance, risks, dependencies, budgets and stakeholder communications experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior leadership influence.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Strong organisational, planning and communication skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

This role is responsible for leading complex, business-critical programmes that deliver strategic change across the organisation and for our clients. You will provide overall programme leadership, coordinating multiple interdependent projects and workstreams while ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives, regulatory requirements and risk management expectations. A key focus of this role is the delivery of **Information Security and Cyber Security initiatives**. We are seeking someone with a strong and current understanding of security frameworks, standards, industry best practices and governance, who can effectively engage with technical and business stakeholders, challenge where appropriate, and ensure security considerations are embedded throughout the programme lifecycle. You will be accountable for translating executive-level objectives into executable programme plans, managing dependencies across multiple teams, maintaining delivery momentum, and providing clear and transparent reporting to senior stakeholders.
