Placements24 is seeking a strategic Program Director to lead social initiatives from a remote setting. This senior role oversees planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs across the Free State and beyond, managing budgets and cross-functional teams to deliver services aligned with the organization's charitable objectives.

You will mentor staff, build stakeholder relationships, monitor outcomes, and report progress to leadership and funders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in program management.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex programs and managing significant budgets.
• Master's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field is highly desirable.
