Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD on NQF Level 10 in HRM/Human Capital Management or closely related field.
• Proven record of teaching at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.
• Experience as external examiner for postgraduate studies.
• NRF rating of C3 or equivalent or eligibility to apply.
• Proven supervision of graduated master’s degree students.
• A strong research record with publications in relevant journals.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to postgraduate students (PGDip, MBA, PhD).
• Lecture in HCM, Talent Management, HRM, OB, Labour Relations at various levels.
• Lead development of teaching materials and executive education programmes.
• Conduct high-quality research in HRM and related disciplines.
• Create short-learning programmes (SLPs) in HRM/related fields.
• Engage with industry and contribute consultancy for the Business School.
