We are looking for Professional Sales Consultants to join our top teams in Pretoria, Centurion, and Randburg. What does the role entail?

This role offers the perfect opportunity to build a stable and rewarding career while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our buyers.

You'll operate from a fully equipped marketing office and beautifully furnished show houses, all located within one of our established retirement estates. Core Focus: Your main responsibility will be selling retirement homes and apartments within our premium, high-quality developments. Lead-Driven Sales: No cold calling required.

We manage all marketing and provide you with qualified leads.

Your role is to follow up, set appointments, understand the buyer's needs, and guide them in selecting the unit that best enhances their lifestyle. Strategic Involvement: As a valued member of the marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to marketing strategies and give input on future developments. Diverse client base: you must be comfortable working with a diverse client base, including: 50-plus buyers purchasing for their immediate or future retirement needs; Adult children supporting or managing the purchase process on behalf of their parents; Investors of all ages seeking smart opportunities in the growing retirement property market.

Minimum Requirements :
  • Language Proficiency : Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (most of our buyers are Afrikaans-speaking).
  • Communication Skills : Able to connect comfortably with clients, build trust, and understand their unique needs.
  • Sales Experience : o Prior sales experience in any industry is preferred — it doesn't need to be in property.o We provide full training on our product and proven sales techniques.
  • Other Experience : o If you do not have formal sales experience but believe you have passion, drive, and potential to succeed, we still want to hear from you.
  • Qualification : o Minimum Grade 12 / Matrico A tertiary qualification in sales or marketing is a plus and will support faster growth within the company.
