Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate design documentation.
  • Prepare preliminary and detailed cost estimates.
  • Compile bills of quantities and contract documentation.
  • Perform financial evaluations of tenders.
  • Manage cost control functions including valuations.
  • Prepare and negotiate final accounts.
  • Conduct site visits and attend project meetings.
  • Prepare repair estimates and viability studies.
  • Liaise with Project Managers and Architects.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
