Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate design documentation.
• Prepare preliminary and detailed cost estimates.
• Compile bills of quantities and contract documentation.
• Perform financial evaluations of tenders.
• Manage cost control functions including valuations.
• Prepare and negotiate final accounts.
• Conduct site visits and attend project meetings.
• Prepare repair estimates and viability studies.
• Liaise with Project Managers and Architects.

Requirements

• BTech or BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Professional Registration (PrQS)

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate design documentation
• Prepare preliminary and detailed cost estimates
• Compile bills of quantities and contract documentation

• Manage cost control functions including valuations, variation orders, and cost reports

• Conduct site visits and attend project meetings
• Prepare repair estimates, damage costings, and viability studies
• Liaise with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and fellow Quantity Surveyors
