Qualifications

  • Degree / Diploma in General Nursing is essential.
  • Midwifery or a postgraduate qualification is desirable.
  • No prior experience is required; 1 year for specialised units is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Identify, prevent and manage patient safety risks.
  • Facilitate a positive patient experience.
  • Provide comprehensive records of nursing interventions.
  • Create a learning environment for staff.
  • Accurately charge all utilised stock and equipment.

Essential Education
