Mediclinic Midstream in Centurion, South Africa, is seeking a Professional Nurse to deliver safe, comprehensive nursing care in collaboration with a multi-professional team. You will lead nursing teams and coordinate care within your scope of practice.

Essential: 2-3 years of nursing experience, a Diploma or Bachelor of Nursing, and BLS/ACLS training. This on-site, permanent role offers opportunity to develop skills in infection prevention, care planning, and patient safety.

Qualificações

• Essential nursing qualifications: Diploma leading to General Nurse registration or a 4-year/Bachelor of Nursing.
• Postgraduate qualifications in Midwifery or advanced nursing areas are desirable.
• Basic life support with ACLS/ATLS/PALS training for specialised wards.
• Develop/ modify a nursing care plan; ensure infection prevention and control.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

The Professional Nurse, in collaboration with a multi-professional team, delivers safe, comprehensive, and quality nursing care according to their Scope of Practice regulations. They lead and coordinate nursing teams to enable optimal patient care.
