What You Will Do
  • Lead and coordinate engineering assignments of significant scope and complexity.
  • Provide technical direction across multiple projects and disciplines.
  • Apply advanced engineering theories and principles to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Guide project planning, definition, and execution phases.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Represent the firm in client meetings, industry events, and technical forums.
  • Support business development through proposal writing and client presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Experience in feasibility studies, design, maintenance, and supervision of diverse infrastructure projects.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (BSc Eng / BEng / MSc Eng).
  • Registered Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) with ECSA.
  • Minimum of 15 years' relevant engineering experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in site supervision, construction management, and quality assurance for large-scale developments (e.g., universities, hotels, residential and commercial buildings).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and discipline‑specific software tools.
  • Ability to interpret complex technical documents and communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies.
