• Valid Code 10 (C1) or Code 14 (EC) driver's license with a PrDP (Professional Driving Permit).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional driver, with chauffeur/tour VIP experience.
• Immaculate driving record with minimal violations in last five years.
• Excellent English and Afrikaans preferred; strong guest-facing communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate luxury vehicles (sedans, SUVs, or mini-coaches) to transport tour guests in and around Stellenbosch, Western Cape .
• Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction throughout the tour.
• Adhere strictly to all driving regulations and company safety protocols.
• Manage tour schedules effectively, ensuring timely arrivals and departures from wineries and other destinations.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and presentability at all times, performing basic checks.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the local wine regions, estates, and attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide general information about the region.
• Handle any client requests or issues professionally and efficiently.
• Coordinate with tour guides and winery staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Drive clients to and from airports and other requested locations within the specified service area.

Requirements

• Valid Code 10 (C1) or Code 14 (EC) driver's license with a PrDP (Professional Driving Permit).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional driver, with specific experience in chauffeur services, tour guiding, or VIP transport.
• Immaculate driving record with no more than one minor violation in the last five years.
• Exceptional knowledge of the Stellenbosch area, Cape Winelands, and surrounding tourist attractions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Afrikaans being a strong asset.
• Professional appearance and a courteous, helpful attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, depending on tour schedules.
