Placements24 is seeking a reliable Driver to transport general cargo within Richards Bay and surrounding regions. You will operate various commercial vehicles, perform routine checks, load/unload cargo, and ensure on-time deliveries.

A clean driving record and PrDP are essential. You will maintain logs, uphold safety standards, and interact with customers at delivery points to ensure a positive service experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (Code 10 or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a commercial vehicle driver.
• Knowledge of safe driving practices and basic vehicle maintenance.
• Physical ability to lift and move cargo as needed.
• Excellent time management and punctuality.
• Valid PrDP (Professional Driving Permit) required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on vehicles before and after each shift.
