Hire Resolve's client, a leading engineering consulting firm, seeks a Professional Civil Engineer to join their Durban team. The role covers infrastructure, transportation, water, and environmental projects in the Durban area.

The candidate will conduct site investigations, prepare detailed designs and calculations, manage construction, and lead design teams while mentoring junior staff and contributing to proposals. A Pr Eng/Pr Tech with 10+ years consulting experience is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Registration with the ECSA as a professional engineer (Pr Eng/Pr Tech).
• Minimum of 10 years of consulting experience as a Civil Engineer - 5 years preregistration and 5 years post-registration.
• Experience in civil projects and structural design.
• Experience with running projects and leading design teams.
• Proficiency in engineering design software, such as AutoCAD, Prokon and/or other relevant software; Revit would be beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
