Introduction

SVA International Architects & Urban Designers, a subsidiary of the GIBB Group of Companies, is seeking talented staff for our vibrant Cape Town studio. We are looking for professionals to assist with the production and delivery of our current workload.

Core Purpose

Engage in all stages of the architectural and/or urban design process within a team in the SVA Cape Town office. The focus will be on design development and on-site delivery of complex building projects.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs)

• Lead, develop, and manage the design, development, and delivery of projects.
• Produce design documentation aligned with the design brief.
• Assist management with project team coordination and scheduling.
• Develop design options collaboratively with the design team.
• Utilize BIM software and other industry-standard tools to prepare project designs and construction documentation. Strong skills in:

Revit;

MS Office;

Adobe Software.

• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary design teams.
• Engage proactively in design and production processes within the Cape Town office.
• Work independently to meet deadlines and standards.
• Demonstrate leadership skills with colleagues, professionals, and clients.
