Job summary

An established project management and construction company is seeking a talented Professional Architect to join their technical team in Polokwane. This is an immediate opportunity to take ownership of diverse architectural projects from concept through to completion while working directly with clients and multi-disciplinary construction teams. A minimum of 3 years’ experience and a tertiary qualification in Architecture are required.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the relevant professional body (SACAP).
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a practicing Architect.
• Proven project management experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating artistic ability and completed projects.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of diverse architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Work directly with clients and multi-disciplinary construction teams.

Skills

Excellent drawing and drafting capabilities

Proficiency in architectural design software

Comprehensive knowledge of building products

Understanding of relevant rules and regulations

Familiarity with building codes

Education

Tertiary qualification in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent)
