What you'll be doing

• Take ownership of a portfolio of clients (existing + new)
• Conduct monthly accounting maintenance, including VAT, Payroll, Credit Control
• Prepare Annual Financial Statements & manage audit prep
• Advise on and implement cloud-based accounting solutions (Xero + partner apps)
• Provide operational support and insights to business owners
• Handle Company Income Tax and Secretarial requirements
• Participate in our collaborative network – share knowledge, ideas, and support
• Over time: mentor junior team members and contribute to practice growth
