Ardor Learning Spain invites experienced English teachers to join our international online teaching network and deliver engaging, one-to-one online English lessons for adult learners. Applicants should hold a university degree and recognised TEFL/CELTA/TESOL, have at least 3 years of experience teaching adults, and be fluent with online teaching platforms.

C2 English speaker from a country where English is an official language.

University degree or equivalent recognised qualification.

Recognised English language teaching qualification, such as CELTA, TEFL, TESOL or an equivalent certification.

At least 3 years of experience teaching English to adults.

Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt lessons to different proficiency levels, professional backgrounds and learning objectives.

Confidence using online teaching platforms and digital tools to deliver interactive, student-centred lessons.

A reliable, professional approach, with a strong commitment to punctuality, preparation and learner progress.
