Overview

Mission of the role: The mission of the Production Worker is to support the efficient production and other electronic devices. This entails assisting in assembly, testing, and packaging processes to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. Tasks include soldering components, operating machinery, and adhering to production schedules to meet deadlines.

Your Mission

• Assist in the assembly, basic testing, and packaging of electronic equipment and/or devices according to established procedures.
• Assist in the building of test units and prototypes.
• Assist with the wiring of production units.
• Perform tasks such as soldering components, operating hand tools, and following production instructions to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and address any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
• Perform housekeeping tasks as necessary.
• Provide general assistance to the production manager, engineers, and technicians.

Your Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• This position is suitable for recent school leavers or individuals with minimal experience who demonstrate a willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge during employment.
• Some experience in manufacturing settings, preferably in electronic or technical fields may be advantageous.
• Read, write and communicate in English.
