Responsibilities

• Plan and control all aspects of the work unit to achieve targets.
• Lead a team of Physical Logistics operators.
• Implement and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Manage section budget to remain cost-effective.

Education

Leadership/Management qualifications

3 -5 years’ experience in production environment/motor/related industry

Process leader work organization training or PSP training

Working experience of BMW system and procedures
