Job description

We are looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee our production operations. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, ensuring product quality standards are met, and supervising production staff. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency
• Supervise production staff and provide training as needed
• Ensure product quality standards are met
• Implement and maintain production safety protocols
• Overseeing daily operations within the department and implementing strategic plans.
• Acting as a lead on process and procedure improvements.

Creating a safe work environment

• Count cash at the end of the shift and manage bank deposits
• Train and integrate new workers
• Resolve Conflicts between colleagues
• Ensure that daily production goals or target are met.
• Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests
• Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress.
• Assisting in budget preparation and expense management.
• Evaluating team performance and developing improvement plans.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Supervisor or similar role.
