The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the sugar industry and proven leadership skills to effectively manage a team of production workers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets and deadlines
• Supervise and direct a team of production workers to ensure smooth operations and output quality
• Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to prevent recurring problems
• Communicate with management and other departments to coordinate production schedules and resources
• Train and mentor production staff to develop their skills and improve performance
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review
