Job summary

A logistics company in South Africa is seeking an individual to manage production schedules and logistics. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, be highly organized, and have excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include understanding Bill of Materials, managing production schedules, and liaising with the production team. Flexibility to work overtime is required.

• Schedule and Manage production on process to meet deadlines
• Meet Daily with Production on team to gather information on to update schedule
• Facilitates routing and logging of all incoming and outgoing Orders
• Support Production on teams with all System Queries
• Prepares and submits Production on staff Time and attendance register. Assist with any additional HR enquires and documentation.

• Required to communicate daily with both internal and external clients

• Needs to be willing to be actively interactive on the production on line to liaise with the production team.
