Job summary

Green Marble Recruitment Consultants seeks a diligent Supply Chain Planner in Cullinan to participate in shaping the department strategy, monitor plans and drive improvements across operations.

You will work with teams and suppliers to develop action plans, manage forecasts, and ensure alignment with capacity, procurement and data reporting while maintaining accuracy across systems.

Qualifications

• A BEng (Industrial) or BCom in Supply Chain is required.
• 1–2 years of operational supply chain experience.
• FMCG experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and influence department strategy.
• Monitor and track against the plan.
• Develop recommendations and action plans to enable strategy delivery.
• Day-to-day interaction with team members to deliver strategy.
• Build and develop relationships with stakeholders to overcome challenges and improve continuously.
• Contribute to supplier planning and forecasting.
• Regular communication with key stakeholders.
• Create stock build plans considering capacity and materials.
• Understand and optimse supply chain and systems.
• Forecast demand considering internal/external factors.
• Communicate with stakeholders to maximise efficiencies.
• Identify challenges, trends and opportunities.
• Maintain Data and Systems.
• Collate information and assumptions.
• Reach consensus through alignment.
• Share and publish the plans.
• Track and manage plans.
• Issue daily plans/schedules for production units.
