• Proficiency in reading and following technical instructions and diagrams.

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work shifts if required.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Centurion area.
• A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor advanced production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Adjust machine settings as required to meet production specifications and quality standards.
• Load raw materials and unload finished products from machinery.
• Monitor production output and quality, identifying any deviations or defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S principles.
• Follow all safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately.
• Collaborate with supervisors and maintenance staff to troubleshoot machinery issues.
• Accurately record production data and any relevant operational information.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.
