Qualifications

• Minimum degree or advanced diploma in a relevant field (Food Tech, Industrial Engineering, Production, and Business Studies)
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in food manufacturing
• At least 3 years in a more senior production role
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to deliver projects within deadlines
