DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.

This role involves managing production schedules, supervising staff, maintaining equipment, and driving continuous improvement to meet organizational goals.
