Job description

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant Tertiary qualification in agriculture

• Good leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Table Grape Production experience will be to your advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

Production

• Plant citrus, schedule irrigation, apply fertilizer, pest, plague and weed control, prune, harvest, monitoring, all manipulations

Personnel and administration

• Labor planning and management, recordkeeping, plan transport and accommodation, maintenance (equipment / orchards / general)

Financial

• Cost control by focusing on productivity
