Job description

Production Lead – Site Lead CT PLANT, Cape Town, South Africa

What You Will Do
  • Coordinate, control and coach the production and warehouse team to meet the agreed production plan.
  • Ensure GMP, EHS and quality requirements are met; approve production instructions and ensure strict implementation.
  • Maintain production records, validate procedures, and manage maintenance of plant and equipment.
  • Train and motivate staff; drive continuous improvement initiatives and reduce costs while improving quality.
Required Qualifications
  • Pharmaceutical Diploma / Degree or equivalent.
  • 10–12 years manufacturing experience, with 5 years at a management level.
  • Experience in projects, continuous improvement, maintenance management, Lean / Six Sigma.
  • Strong track record in building, managing and motivating high‑performing teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and decision‑making skills.
