Your role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory and Bulk Storage Manager to manage all aspects of product flow within our Bulk Storage Facility. This role ensures that inventory levels are accurately maintained, production outputs are properly reconciled, and communication between production, warehouse, and customer service teams is seamless.

Your responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound product movements within the Bulk Storage Facility.
  • Reconcile SAP system data with physical stock counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Ensure all production outputs from compound lines are correctly recorded and handed over to the warehouse.
  • Lead and oversee the Relabelling Team to ensure efficient operations and quality standards.
  • Complete daily administrative duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Generate and submit daily and weekly reports on PBN (Plant Based Nutrition) and stock movements.
  • Collaborate with ISS (Internal Sales Support) and Customer Service teams to communicate progress, resolve discrepancies, and meet operational requirements.
Your experience, skills and knowledge
  • Proven experience in inventory control, warehousing, or production coordination.
  • Working knowledge of SAP Systems.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
