The Key Purpose of this role is to support the Production process in providing service to the value chain. The in-service traineeship is an opportunity for students who are required to undergo experiential training as part of their curriculum. Students will enter into a 12-month, fixed term contract with Alrode Maltings during which they will undergo both on-the-job and off-the-job learning to complete their National Diploma qualification.
