GSI Talent Solutions is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Production Foreman to oversee and lead manufacturing operations within a high-volume environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily production activities to achieve output, quality, and efficiency targets
• Lead, supervise, and motivate a large production team
• Implement and drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to improve processes and reduce waste
• Monitor production schedules, ensure deadlines are met, and resolve bottlenecks
• Enforce compliance with safety, health, and quality standards
• Provide regular reporting on performance, productivity, and improvement initiatives

Desired Experience & Qualification

• 5 – 7 years' experience in Production Management within manufacturing (essential)
• Proven track record managing a large production team
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations Management (essential)
