Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and determine the most suitable processes and methods.
• Investigate and propose solutions, prepare detailed CAPEX, and coordinate the purchase of equipment.
• Conduct Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) on new and existing processes.
• Establish and document improved methods, processes, and control plans to enhance productivity.
• Manage engineering projects, providing solutions to any technical challenges.
• Oversee the acquisition, commissioning, and performance of tooling, plant, and equipment.
• Implement new product designs, materials, and quality / productivity improvement programs.
• Participate in training initiatives and maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Mechanical Design and Project Management.
• Position will be filled in line with the company's transformation objectives.
