Requirements include a B.Eng Chemical Engineering (preferred), 3–5 years relevant experience, membrane filtration expertise, and ability to work with minimal supervision. Own transport and a valid driver's license are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in water treatment processes with proven improvement initiatives.
• Experience with mine-impacted water treatment.
• Strong ability to operate and monitor membrane filtration processes.
• Fast learner, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Own transport and valid driver's license; medically fit.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement and optimisation of processes.
• Maintain comprehensive administration and reporting.
• Prepare monthly plant reports and attend client meetings.
• Monitor plant health and optimise uptime and availability.
• Lead on-site process changes and risk management.
• Train Process Controllers and Supervisors.
• Ensure KPI targets and quality standards are met.
