Ensure quality and yield levels in production Plan, budget, design, and manage the production facility Contribute technically to contract reviews and new product introductions Oversee process optimization and compliance with FRBs and FRACAS Manage risk through process FMEA and issue resolution New product introduction

Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in a production environment within the electronic industry Minimum 5 years' experience in electronic industry production Skills in budgeting, process optimization, data management, and Industry 4.0 exposure Mentoring and coaching

Qualification

A Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, or Technology. Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
