Job description
Overview

The Production Designer role focuses on execution-stage creative work. This role helps maintain creative momentum by building, updating, and delivering work once direction is established, supporting efficient and consistent output across creative disciplines.

As a Production Designer, you’ll work on clearly defined production tasks, including:

  • Making simple updates to existing creative work (such as content changes, visual adjustments, or asset swaps)
  • Building out final deliverables from approved concepts, templates, or established looks
  • Completing standalone production tasks that build from an approved concept, template, or established look
  • Owning clearly defined task types as standalone production work during periods of high volume or demand

You’ll bring care and creative judgment to execution-focused work, operating within established direction and well-defined scopes.

How The Role Works

Production Designer tasks are assigned when expectations, constraints, and outcomes are clearly defined. Depending on the task, you may:

  • fully own a production task from start to finish, or
  • contribute execution-focused work as part of a larger project led by a Core creative lead

You’ll collaborate closely with creative leads, project management, and internal teams, and prepare work intended for client-facing delivery.

What This Role Does Not Include

This role does not involve:

  • new concept development or ideation
  • ownership of brand-defining or high-level creative direction
  • ownership of creative strategy or conceptual leadership
Level & Expectations

This is an entry-level to early-career role. We’re looking for someone who:

  • can follow direction clearly without needing repeated clarification
  • delivers work that meets established quality standards and is ready for review or delivery
  • asks questions early when something is unclear
  • works carefully and consistently, with strong attention to detail
  • can manage well-scoped tasks independently
  • responds well to feedback and shows growth over time
Tools & environment

You’ll work in industry-standard creative tools (Adobe Suite), task management systems (ClickUp), and internal workflows used for production, coordination, and delivery.
