An architectural organization in Eastern Cape is seeking a Production Coordinator to support the creation and delivery of digital content and events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has 1–3 years of relevant experience. The role includes managing the website, supporting event logistics, and collaborating with diverse teams. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, with a hybrid schedule allowing for remote work.
The Boston Society for Architecture (BSA) advances architecture and design across Greater Boston as both a civic organization and the local chapter of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). For more than 150 years, the BSA has connected architects, designers, and the public through programs, advocacy, exhibitions, and professional support—creating a vital forum where design ideas meet community needs.
The Production Coordinator supports the creation and delivery of digital content, events, and exhibitions that bring the BSA’s mission to life. You’ll keep projects running smoothly—from updating the events calendar and producing newsletters to supporting event logistics and managing creative partners.
This is a great opportunity for someone who’s organized, detail‑oriented, and excited to work at the intersection of design, storytelling, and community engagement.
Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with employer match; generous paid time off; and professional development support.
Hybrid schedule: three days per week in our Boston office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and one flexible day) and two days remote.
If you’re passionate about storytelling, design, and bringing creative ideas to life, we’d love to hear from you.
