You will be involved in process monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in chemical engineering principles, practical experience in a production environment, and a commitment to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure adherence to targets, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Monitor key process parameters and troubleshoot deviations to maintain optimal performance.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and develop corrective actions.
