Aufgaben

Technical Competencies & Experience:

Conduct mechanical repairs, clean electrical panels, and perform routine inspections on wiring, fixtures, and appliances. Program PLCs, calibrate sensors, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing lines. Perform regular thermal checks on machinery and electrical systems to prevent failures. Manage the spare parts stockroom and advise on equipment replacements. Design daily workflows to minimize waste, track high-level downtime, and manage equipment upgrade projects. Track and update standard electrical usage per plant/slitter to improve consumption accuracy. Supervise, train, and mentor staff while aligning daily operations with executive long-term goals. Oversee operational expenses, manage material allocation, and control CAPEX budgets. Follow National Electrical Code, building regulations, and strict OHS/LOTO procedures. Issue Certificates of Compliance (CoC) for completed electrical installations and repairs. Monitor team performance metrics to ensure strict adherence to safety and legal standards.
