Product Support Specialist – Graduates / Junior
A fast growing, award-winning Financial Analytics Software Development Company is seeking a Product Support Specialist to join their team.
What they are looking for?
The Product Support Specialist will provide ongoing support to existing customers of the clients software. Typical customers are primarily accounting practices in English‑speaking markets.
Experience and Qualifications
- 1-2 years (Graduates / Junior Professionals)
- Degree in Finance / Engineering / Technology (Essential). Will strongly consider graduates with Finance / Logistics / Engineering / Insurance degrees from Wits, Stellenbosch, UCT, University of Pretoria.
- Willing to work USA or APAC time zone (Candidates preference). Fluent speaking. 60%+ Matric Mathematics (Essential). 60% final year results.
Responsibilities
- Provide real‑time and detailed support to the clients local and international customers via a chat interface and over short video calls.
- Assist the implementation team with customer implementations.
- Help customers find the answers they need to successfully use the software platform.

Hours and Teams
The sun never sets on the clients customer base, this means that alternative hours need to be worked to service customers in each time zone.
Afternoon and evenings – North America: 2 PM – 11 PM. Morning and afternoon – APAC: 3 days at 4 AM – 1 PM and 2 days 5 AM to 2 PM.
