Job description
What You'll Do
Product Management
  • Manage product configurations and quality requirements including NCRs, ECRs, technical bulletins, and BOM updates
  • Coordinate firmware and hardware testing through Alpha and Beta programs
  • Conduct ad-hoc audits on product support and site documentation
  • Develop and update product manuals and technical documentation
  • Support product trials and proof-of-concept initiatives with customers
  • Provide technical training and support to internal teams and clients
Product Marketing
  • Create compelling marketing content including brochures, presentations, and social media materials
  • Deliver customer presentations and product demonstrations
  • Train sales teams on product features and applications
  • Develop deep understanding of product solutions and competitive landscape
  • Provide market intelligence on competitor offerings and customer needs
  • Lead product launch activities including trials, demonstrations, and advertising content
Administration
  • Manage daily communications and documentation
  • Handle routine HR and administrative tasks efficiently
    What We're Looking For
    Required Qualifications
    • Trade diploma in electrical, electronic, or instrumentation (Technicon Diploma S4 or equivalent) with 2+ years qualified experience
    Essential Skills
    • Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
    • Strong electrical and electronic competencies
    • Advanced computer skills, particularly MS Office and MS Teams
    • Technical documentation and presentation abilities
    Knowledge Areas
    • Electrical and electronic systems
    • Mechanical principles
    • Mining industry exposure (TMM experience advantageous)
