Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Product Owner to define and manage products to support the COE’s overall strategy and deliver a differentiated product addressing the market and customer needs.

What will you do:

• Elicit, facilitate, synthesise, and presenttechnical solutions.
• Usebusiness requirements to drive the design or review of products, test cases, and business process design, defining a project’s vision, scope, acceptance, and implementation.
• Workon multiple projects simultaneously and translatebusiness data into usable information to improve systems and processes.
• Consultwith internal and external customers to understand their value chain, structure, functions, and products and/or services.
• Build and maintainstrong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Challengebusiness requirements to understand their intent and strategic alignment.
• Elicit, gather, analyse, document, validate, and communicatebusiness requirements using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Determinethe feasibility of proposed projects.
• Understand the commercial importance of changes or new features.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification or IT degree.
• 6 - 8 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
• Strong logical reasoning and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer-focused approach to work.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including PowerPoint proficiency.
