About the Role

The Product Manager I will lead the execution of a product feature, own its development plan, and represent it within the Product Management team. This role involves understanding customer needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to gather requirements, understand needs, and inform product decisions.
  • Lead the execution of a product roadmap for a single feature area, ensuring quality and alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze data to inform decisions, evaluate options, and recommend actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, sales, and analytics, to prioritize features and improve customer experience.
  • Contribute to go‑to‑market activities, training, and supporting internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in process improvements and provide input to product strategy.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to both business and technical teams.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to build effective relationships across teams.
  • Self‑motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Experience:
  • 2–3 years in product management, business analysis, QA, or related roles.
  • Experience managing projects, engaging with customers, and collaborating with technical teams.
Education:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Technical Skills (Desirable):
  • Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, or Python.
  • Understanding of technology architecture and ability to work with developers to understand technical constraints.
